On January 17, 2017 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a final regulation meant to facilitate entrepreneurship and job creation in the United States. The new regulation permits qualified founders of start-up companies to enter the US to establish and grow their businesses. It aims to help overcome the barriers entrepreneurs face in the early stages of business development. This regulation is expected to take effect on July 17, 2017.
